Hiii, my name is Honiara (honey-ahh-ra) I’ve been a certified Self-Development and Leadership Coach since 2020, helping my clients to achieve their life goals. I specialize in creating personalized plans and providing the necessary tools and resources to guide, support, and assist you in achieving your desired goals.
The essence of my work is to facilitate self-growth by helping you identify your core mind, body and spirit challenges, so that you can overcome them with confidence. Only then, will you be able to fully embrace who you are and start living a happier and healthier life.

Neuro Linguistics Programming (NLP)
NLP is how we use the basic language of our mind to consistently achieve the results we want in life.
Neuro– Nervous System, the information we take in through our senses.
Linguistic– Language and other communication we use to store experience and give it meaning.
Programming– Discovering and using the programs, patterns, and strategies we run in our mind to achieve our goals.

TIME Techniques
TIME stands for Time Integration for Maximum Empowerment. It is a set of techniques born out of NLP, it is powerful because it allows you to release things from the past without having to associate to, or even consciously remember, the root cause.
TIME Techniques combines the conscious and subconscious minds to create the most powerful shift. Because of this, TIME Techniques is not performed in deep trance, but rather in a waking state with only a small amount of hypnotic language. We use speed, and hypnotic language to access the subconscious mind.
TIME Techniques is used to:
– Eliminate specific problems rooted in the past or future.
– Release negative emotions (Anger, sadness, fear, hurt, guilt, and others)
– Undo limiting decisions which are the root cause of limiting beliefs and other problems
– Program the future for success

Hypnosis
Hypnosis is a powerful way to connect to the subconscious mind to reprogram our thoughts, behaviors, actions and so much more. From ages 0-7, we are in a state of super-learning so that we can learn how to live in the world. Our brainwaves states exist between Alpha and Theta states, and thus, in these early years of life we are in a state of hypnosis.
As we grow older, and our reasoning faculty is formed, as our pre-frontal cortex evolves, then we become rational beings and our conscious mind is formed.
As humans, we had very little choice over what was programmed into our minds at this young age. Our values, beliefs, ways of being were installed from our parents, from our environment, the institutions that surrounded us and even the media.
With hypnosis, we have a tool to take our power back, and regain control over our subconscious thoughts, habits, and behaviors so that we can have our subconscious minds working for us toward what we want to be, do, have, and experience, rather than we don’t.
By getting our conscious mind into a calm, and relaxed state, we are able to bypass the conscious mind and speak directly to the subconscious where we can reprogram the thoughts, behaviors, beliefs, identities.

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT)​
EFT is a therapy technique loosely based on the techniques of acupuncture or acupressure. It uses the same energy meridians in the body to eliminate physical, emotional and mental issues.
Its based on a more complex technique called TFT or Thought Field Therapy.
Anytime we are feeling lower vibration emotions, or discomfort, it is simply an imbalance in the body’s energetic system.
With EFT, we balance the energy system of the body to relieve issues by tapping on the exact same points that are used in acupuncture.
EFT can be used to help with physical ailments like headaches, or cramps, emotional blockages and limiting emotions and so much more.
EFT is a tool that works with persistence, so bringing EFT into your daily life as a habit is very transformational.
